"We had an amazing time staying here. There are elements of the house itself that are outdated, but the bathrooms were clean and the towels and sheets were all spotless and that is what we cared about most. We had plenty of room for all of our families and the spacing was great! The host handled any problem we had quickly and we were able to spend time together relaxing. Having an onsite pool was huge and the owner had someone come clean it and adjust chemicals twice while we were there to make sure we had clean water there and in the spa. I do wish the host had a folder with instructions upon arrival- like what to do with trash. I needed to text her several times to ask things, but she was so quick to respond it was fine. We found sticky notes around the house asking us to empty the humidifier and we had a text after a few days asking us to add water to the pool. It would be nice to have a list of things we are responsible for when we walk in because we didn’t see the note for the humidifier right away! I think the host prefers texting and speaking personally to the guests. We had a great stay and would definitely return. You cannot beat this location and beach access. The views are incredible and there’s more than enough outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy time together. I also loved that check out was SO simple. We were responsible for taking the trash out, running the dishwasher and removing personal belongings. It was so nice to skip towels/sheets and just leave. 10/10"

"This property was perfect for our extended family of 20, ages 15-74. I may show my age with this comment, but I can't overstate the comfort of the WC on the third floor, each bedroom having its own full bath, and the WC outside at the pool. The outdoor showers and hose at the back fence insure that no sand gets into the pool or inside the house, which is amazing for a beachfront property. We enjoyed pingpong as well as the foosball and video games, and the gopher tortoises gave us a show in the backyard! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating, so I'm confident in saying if you ran into any problem, it would be immediately addressed. We literally only left the property to get groceries, that's how wonderful the amenities are at this home."

"Room was nice. There were several blips but we survived. Location good. Beach access awesome. Pet friendly great. The inside of the room was a little dated. Air conditioning in bedroom didn’t blow cold air for 3 days. Until my husband figured it out. TV in bedroom doesn’t work unless light switch is on. Nobody told us that. The keypad to sign in isn’t lit up so at dark be prepared to have a light. The hair dryer provided has a short in it. You have to hold the cord a certain way to use. (Dangerous)These were my issues only. Nice to watch the beautiful view of the ocean. And watch turtles in the dunes."

"Thank you for having housekeeping change out towels every day. It was very nice. All staff was friendly. Only bad thing... dog poop on the boardwalk. Not staffs fault. People need to be more responsible for their animals and be thankful they are even allowed to have them on property."
