The place is nice , but unfortunately the use a virtual receptionist that is in India and is not a personal approach. We were celebrating my husband birthday, and check in was a bad experience, they wanted change us additional fees when clearly my reservation through Expedia include everything and final price. I believe the should have a manager on site or a least on call that can resolve issues that arise with customer service.

At 8.30 most of the food was gone no refill. 4 hot food options done in first 2 hours no refill 1 was trying to count 69 breakfast item that says on web site. Place is clean there is road between facilitiy and beach. Going to beach from facility full of trash under wooden stairs. Public beach side was much cleaner. Staff serving breakfast don’t speak English. Clean facility. But not worth the money.

3 adults and 1 child with a 2 queen room. I paid the full price on orbitz expecting the checkin to be smooth sailing and only an incidetal deposit (which was 50 dollars)....noooo. I had to pay a hidden fee of 67 dollars for an extra person to the room. What the heck. Niether orbitz nor their own site display this hidden fee accessible to the paying customer. Be aware!!

Check in staff was replaced by a kiosk with an associate across the world talking through a screen. We signed the text agreement sent prior to check in stating one fee for a refundable deposit. Upon arrival we were then charged double and have yet to receive our deposit back going on two weeks later. The kiosk associate lied and said it would be credited back to us after we checked out. Also, our room was entered by the cleaning staff AFTER checking in and our thermostat was tampered with. We literally adjusted it when we got there because the room was extremely hot. We had to readjust the thermostat after we got back from dinner. We know it was the cleaning staff because she was standing outside of our room. Our room had already been cleaned prior to us arriving and it did not need attention. We chose a ground for room for handicap accessibility and the bed was so high we had to get a step stool we luckily had in our vehicle to get into the bed due to being disabled! The rooms advertise as sound proof. They absolutely are not! We heard two different dogs barking the entire night! One in the room next to us and one from the second floor. We were highly disappointed and we do not recommend staying here! The morning staff that were in person were wonderful! The kiosk that replaced additional staff is useless!
