I had a great time! Silese and Nick/AJ at the front desk were very helpful and nice. I loved the beach, which is right across the street (just be careful and patient when crossing, it's a two lane 40mile/h road, but if you wait, there'll be times with no vehicles coming either direction-that's based in my stay in Oct. 2025). They also provide complimentary sunscreen and an external shower and hose, which I was glad to have so I could clean up my bike after riding on the beach (so much fun!) and get the sand off my feet. I stayed on a ground floor unit that was nice and clean, I liked the porch, facing the wetlands and beautiful sunsets. It was just a short drive to the historic district. Breakfast was amazing, and Yari made sure the room was fresh and clean. The surrounding area was quiet, which was perfect for me.

The room was recently remodeled and clean, loved having the beach access across the street, my daughter enjoyed playing pac man in the lobby, the bathroom amenities were amazing, popcorn and cookies in the evening were a nice treat, will stay here again if we are in the area, staff was nice and helpful, the mattress was so comfy and we got a good nights sleep.

I would give the hotel a 10, But one thing is a problem. The AC near the bed closest to the window blew directly on the person sleeping there. Fix: Put air flow directional devices on the ac to direct the air up toward the ceiling Otherwise it was a great visit.

Cute and clean!

The staff was awesome! Beverly was fun to talk with and very helpful. Silese, Nick, Julio, German, Yari and Isac were also awesome! The added touches like cookies and popcorn at 5pm gave us a warm welcoming feeling! The extra little surprises like the sunblock dispenser on our bathroom wall were great! I will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room was great. The beds were clean, extra in option amenities plus great access to the back patio to the parking lot. The staff was amazing from the check in experience to the overnight gentleman to the service from the opening staff. I can say without a doubt that the friendly and courteous service goes a long way with hospitality. The beach access was another plus with easy access, amenities for beach use and shower and pool. They have things you can do there but after dark they are not allowed to keep the lights on so it defeats the purpose. My suggestion as an easy and affordable cost is lining up tiki torches along the driveway to give both the view of beach front plus customers can enjoy the extras you have. My only critique is attention to detail. You have so much available space that could easily be rearranged to create more space. You have things on the side of the building on both sides that just seem to cramp certain areas and If you adjusted that, I believe that will make an impact. Also having a microwave in the room would be a plus. It’s hard for families to heat up food in the main lobby, plus the chance of having people stare at you or your food. Other than that, I would stay here more than any other hotel due to the hospitality and courtesy. Thank you

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to do anything they could to improve on already great service. The beds sit high but once you got in you did not want to leave. Best night sleep we had on a 12 night trip. We were traveling with our dog and they were as attentive to her comfort as they were ours. We stayed at 8 hotels in 12 nights of traveling the East Coast. This was our most memorable stop. We will be returning

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay after a last minute booking! It was quiet, nice room w/ fridge, comfy bed, good water pressure, complimentary snacks, and great, not busy, beach access! Beyond Expectations!

My favorite hotel on this trip! The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was super comfy. Loved the popcorn and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. The breakfast was phenomenal--eggs and cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, great muffins AND a cappucino machine. Really wanted to get to the private beach, but weather did not cooperate. This place exceeded my expectations!

What a great place. We found late at night while driving past St. Augustine. Spent the night, enjoyed it so much we are now planning a family trip to stay. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, breakfast was good. And overall just just a great experience. Oh, yes the beach access is awesome (even on a windy rainy day).

DO NOT STAY HERE . Read the negative reviews. Upon arrival we were told we had to pay 40$ for parking and was like ok handed over my card . Woke up the next morning to a charge of 30$ and an extra charge for 133$ went o checkout and was told it was a mistake got refunded on the spot . Woke up this morning at home and was charged another 178 $ spoke to the manager and owner all who say the money would be refunded and only 45 $ was . Spoke with owner again today and said money would be refunded by the end of today and has not . So I had to go to my bank and report the charges. If you want a subpar hotel that charges you for things you didn’t sign for then choose this hotel .
