My wife uses a mbility scooter and prior to booking we called the property to make sure we could navigate to and at the property. When we arrived we found that there are two walking bridges and dozens of stairs. The staff was unsympethic and made us feel lousy. We finally gave up and booked another hotel 15 mins outside of the city.

Lovely reception, GREAT AIRCON! Rooms were perfect, beds really comfy and well catered freebies around the room! Breakfast was a complete bonus! Caters for the most fussy of eaters. Set in a quieter area perfectly placed for the train station and water taxi network, only a short stroll to great bars and restaurants and out of the San Marco area inflated tourist price. We travelled as a family of four staying in a family room (2x rooms with interconnected door) and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again. Ciao!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and awesome air conditioning. The staff we thought were very helpful. Their breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of gluten-free free options. Their coffee machine is excellent with plenty of choices. It was easy to walk to most any place within Venezia. NOTE: We were pickpocketed on the day we walked to San Mar os Square. They took my wallet right out of our backpack. When checking out, the staff asked how our stay was, and when i hesitated answering the question, she says "You werent pickpocketed were you?" Apparently its pretty commonplace there in Venezia. I wished the staff would have warned us about it when checking in.

The people at the front desk was great.. the bartender, that also delivers food to the room in the evening.. was very disrespectful when I told him he overcharged me on the bill. He stuck his teeth and was talking in Italian to the other bartender about me. he tried to charge me for one banana and three little pieces of watermelon $10 for my baby.

Good location

On arrival, check in could have been more welcoming and a smile would have been nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a choice. Fresh fruit was great. Location was convenient to get to all places. Overall a great place to stay just a few small chances would get it 5 stars.

The best hotel I stayed in Italy (and I stayed at many!). Brand new, modern, very clean, and they offer some small features you don’t find elsewhere, even a clothe steamer in the room! Staff was friendly, bed is comfy, it’s a little walk from the main attraction but we like to wander around anyway. More quiet-ish neighborhood but perfect for what we needed. If we go back to Venise we are definitely staying there!
