Annalisa is a wonderful host! She provided us with valuable information and anwered many questions throughout the months leading up to our arrival. Nadia, our contact person in Venice for checking in and getting the keys was very helpful and very understanding. We were driving down from the Dolomites in a showstorm and did not know when we would actually arrive or which Alilaguna we would be on. Nadia stayed in contact with us during the drive and was waiting for us when we approached the apartment. We had a wondeful time in Venice. The apartment was very comforatble for four adults, well equipped for preparing food, and the two bathrooms were a very nice feature. The washing machine was a blessing as we came down to Venice after spending nine days in the Dolomites skiing and touring and needed clean clothes. The location of the apartment was ideal. It was an easy walk to everwhere we wanted to visit and the location was very quiet. We were happy that we could not hear the loud partying that was going on in other areas! We highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful apartment

Only there for 2 nights between cruises. The apartment was well furnished and hostess provided coffee. Thankfully they dropped us a pin to find it and met us at the door. Listing mentioned stairs and you do have to be in good shape to navigate the stairs with luggage

Perfetto!

We loved our stay here! The flat was super clean, stocked with necessities and offered very comfortable beds. The location was fantastic – close to the ferry and easy to find - also with easy access to absolutely everything in Venice by foot or ferry. We stayed a week and still weren’t ready to leave. The Rialto Bridge was less than 5 minutes and all the delicious dining and sights of San Polo were right outside the door. The pictures and description are spot on – a delightful flat with room to plan for the next day while enjoying a bottle of wine around the table at night, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a washing machine. The stairs were typical for Venice and not a problem (we are 4 people celebrating 60th birthdays) and being on the top floor offered lovely rooftop views, an overlook of a canal and quiet nights for sleeping. Communication with the owner and key manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Venice vacation

Property was quite nice. We got lost finding it but had no difficulties afterwards. The stairs are steep so just be aware. We liked the location being close to the Rialto market and bridge. There were nice amenities at the apartment.

Perfect Venice Apt

The 3BD/2BA apt was the perfect apt for our first visit to Venice. Very, very clean, well appointed and appreciated the extra toiletries. Centrally located. 3min walk to waterbus stop and 4min walk to Rialto bridge. Check-in with Helin was seamless. One note. Apt is on the 3rd floor and last flight of stairs are steep. We were fine but might be something to consider for others. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment and great location!

This place was great for a family of 5! All kiddos were able to get their own bed in a comfortable apartment with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable, having two bathrooms is a plus & it was furnished very well. The apartment is up on the third floor but it’s nice not having anyone above you and is in a very peaceful area that is only steps away from the Rialto Market & Bridge. Additionally, San Polo was packed with great restaurants & shops! We will definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

Great location

The apartment was close to the ferry and convenient to all the places we were going to in Venice. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it a great space for our family of five. Also, the ability to use the washing machine was a nice perk for our long trip.

Too many stairs for luggage and over 60 ages

No living area to sit with friends and family. Water took very long to get hot. Location was good but steps were narrow and dangerous when trying to navigate luggage.

A family vacation to remember

A great place for the 5 of us. Super clean and neat with everything you could need. A fully furnished kitchen with soap and coffee for us to use. Close to everything and in a quite street. Check in was easy and informative. The water taxi dropped us off just a few steps from the front door to start our Venice adventure.

Dirty, a bandaid was on the window in the bathroom, no warm water on first full day we were there. Maintenance guy I was chatting with via WhatsApp explained the water heater was shared with the other apartments. Location was fine.

Great quiet Venice stay

This is hands down the best vacation rental I have stayed in while visiting a busy tourist spot. It was quiet and secluded but close to everything. The guy who checked us in was gracious and informative. The only downside was the stairs. But Venice is all stairs so no getting around that. The place was super clean and very comfortable for the 5 adults in our party. Would definitely rent this place again.

Great location!

We had a great time. Fairly difficult to find, but everything in Venice is difficult to find the first time. Four seniors were able to get to everything we were looking for in a mater of minutes. Water taxi pick up location was five minutes away. Clean, everything you need, coffee, tea… Comfortable beds and two bathrooms!

Great Stay in Great Location

This property was exactly as described online - very nicely updated, and quite comfortable for 4 adults. It was a short walk from the Rialto Mercato dock, and convenient to all we wanted to do during our stay. Host Ernst was helpful in every way - from greeting us upon arrival, to quickly answering questions during our stay. We strongly recommend this property to others!
