In the heart of Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively districts of Venice, Apartment in Cannaregio by Ca-Sa Check is a bright and welcoming solution, ideal for those who want to experience the city in an area that is still residential and genuinely Venetian. The location is particularly convenient, easily accessible on foot from both Venezia Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma.
Located on the third floor of a bright condominium, the apartment offers spacious and well-organized environments. The entrance leads to the large living area, characterized by two beautiful arched windows that give light to the environment. Here there is space for the dining table, two comfortable sofas and a large bookcase with desk, also perfect as a workstation.
From the living area there is access to a small terrace furnished with table and chairs, a pleasant outdoor space where you can relax and observe the views of the characteristic Venetian buildings.
The kitchen is separate, large and functional, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. At guests' disposal are an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with pods, as well as dishes, pots and utensils. A small table near the window also creates an intimate and pleasant corner, perfect for a breakfast for two.
The bedroom, in warm and relaxing tones, has a large double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The apartment also has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and two fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living area, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay and with respect for the accommodation and the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Respect the quiet, especially in the 22:00 — 08:00 time slot.
No parties or events are allowed.
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment.
Use furniture, appliances and all the equipment present with care.
Before going out, turn off lights, air conditioning, stoves and appliances.
Respect the instructions for separate collection and do not leave waste in the apartment at the end of your stay.
Do not move furniture or furnishings without permission.
Report any damage or malfunction promptly.
When leaving the apartment, make sure that the doors and windows are properly closed.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
