Had a lovely dinner at the hotel after checking in. Long waits at the elevator, as they were doing maintenance on them. Once we got to the room and started setting up we realized that there were no accessible plugs for my CPAP. The bedside table lamps were not even plugged in. We called the concierge and he arranged to have a maintenance guy bring us an extension cord. Before he got there though, we wrestled the mattress out and found a plug deep in the wall so the cord wasn't needed. USB ports were in the top of the portable clock which we also had to move to plug in. The room was nice and quiet although starting to show it's age a bit. For $500.00 a nite I guess we just expected a bit more, like perhaps on a higher floor in a more updated room like we had during our last stay. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and was very good. Staff were polite and attentive. All in all it was a great start to our vacation. We boarded our cruise in the morning and had a wonderful holiday.

Excellent Location

Excellent location for cruise port. Hotel offered service to bring luggage to cruise ship, worked seamlessly, luggage showed to room on ship. Close to food and other sight seeing buses. Will definitely stay here again when cruising out of Vancouver, worth the extra money for the convenience.

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. Nice big room and a free upgrade. The ONLY downside to this hotel was there was only 1 elevator / lift working and it was madness at peak times
