Average - look elsewhere if you want true 5 star.

Great location, fantastic view from our room, but I’m afraid that’s where the positives end. Really overpriced for what it is and definitely not worthy of calling itself a 5 star hotel. Half of the lifts were out of service, all the communal areas were cold and lacked atmosphere, particularly the hotel bar which was doing a good impression of a store cupboard when we visited with stacks of menus dumped on the piano. The bathrobe had holes in it - all little negatives, but not what you expect when you’re paying £400/night room only for a “5 star” hotel.

I have stayed here before and I will not again. Both times there are major issues with their elevators! Had to carry all my stuff up three flights of stairs as the parkade elevator was not working. Called the number for help, they hung up. Won't give a luggage cart without a bellhop attached to it. Hotel elevators only 2/4 were working for the three days. It took forever to get back down to the lobby each day - made me late for a meeting as I waited 10 Minutes one day!!! Staff weren't helpful with issue and seems ongoing so there are better places to stay without this issue right around the area.

Not worth the price of admission. Elevators down for weeks. Walked down 19 flights of stairs after waiting 30+ minutes for an elevator. Rooms are out-dated and drab. Would not recommend.
