Not fancy, no extras - but that was expected. Beds are fine, room was clean, and it had everything I needed for 2 nights. It wasn’t noisy at night (from the street), but sound transfer from upstairs and the hallways wasn’t good. Close enough to Yaletown skytrain so easy access. For what you pay, it was definitely a good choice!

When we reserved the room the description stated “separate room” and we noted that we required a crib as we have two children under two years old who still nap regularly. There was no crib available when we checked in, and no separate bedroom within the room. Needless to say, our infant likely got the best sleep out of all of us, as our toddler spent the entire night free ranging the hotel room until she finally got too exhausted to continue. They offered us free parking to compensate, but I’d have preferred an offer to babysit overnight with how little rest we got overall. I recommend calling to confirm the crib availability ahead of time if it’s pivotal to your trip as it was for us, otherwise be prepared for a sleepless night.

Pros I checked the room with a UV torch and found no biological, cleaning is good. Access to the penthouse kitchen area was great, and we made use of that, The shower was hot and had full flow. This was luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. Cons Though the wardroom fan made considerable noise, it did not move much air. In general, there was a moisture problem. Water condensed on the windows and on to the sill, where there were signs of brown toy. The floor was damp and slick in places.
