An older building that could use some TLC, but the rooms were well appointed and the beds comfortable. Met my expectations for an overnight stay. Rates were reasonable for the convenience of being within walking distance to St. Paul's hospital.

Got to the hotel at 9am, told my room wouldn’t be ready until 2. Was waiting in the lobby until I had to go for a show, and they got my room ready by 11am. Was very thankful for that. Friendly workers as well!

The city location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars for entertainment surrounding the property. The restaurant attached to the lobby called “The White Spot” was great! The food was delicious and the prices were very good. They have a late night happy hour beginning at 8:00pm. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location and amenities. The staff were so polite and helpful. Besides being a little “worn”, the hotel was clean and a decent place to stay.

Walkable to Rogers arena. Convenient location. Did not like the loud air conditioner. Attached white spot restaurant did not have several items on their breakfast menu after we ordered. Disappointed with the restaurant.

I stayed here 1 night for a concert at the Orpheum. Check in was efficient. They had a few people ahead of me but the front desk staff had us all checked in quickly. I liked that it was walkable and easy to access via public transit.

The restaurant was very dirty. We watched a mouse run in from the open patio door. Ceiling tiles covered in black mould and pealing from roof. Staff had no idea what was on the menu.
