I won’t believe your reviews in future as the room bad smelly when in, and also it has not good for pest control. Many tiny gnats/ pest especially in washroom. The air conditioning is not good as it seems can’t be controlled more or less temperature. Even changed to heat that it doesn’t work. I use my own sleeper which I found the back of it terrible because of the floor dirty/sticky. I finally put my sleeper to bin. This is my bad experience and won’t be stay again in future.

We stayed one night prior to catching a flight at YVR. Shuttle was on time and convenient. Suite was clean, quiet, and spacious, but considerably older than in hotel images. We choose hotel because we were in middle of our vacation and wanted laundry facilities, however the washer & dryer were very old. The washer wouldn't wash with cold water, and the dryer had minimal options for temparature. We ended up not washing some of our clothes for fear of harming them.

The room they initially tried to give us reeked of cigarette smoke. After initially saying there was no alternative staff upgraded our room for the night which was appreciated given we were travelling with a 3 month old and checking in a midnight.
