French themed hotel in the heart of Vancouver

The hotel is well located in the heart of downtown Vancouver just 5 minutes walk from Burrard station. It has a distinctively French theme with its Alouette Bistro serving a delicious ala carte breakfast. You can also dine Al fresco like in a Parisian cafe. The room is clean and spacious with cellphone app enables access. Toiletries were from L’Occitane.

Lovely hotel in downtown Vancouver, great base for exploring the city. Rooms are very clean and well equipped, beds are super comfortable. Reception and front of house staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Had breakfast in the attached restaurant which was lovely. This hotel also has bicycles on a first come first served basis, we didn’t avail of these but it is a great option. Guests have access to a fully equipped gym next door to the hotel, there is also a small gym on the hotels second floor

Check in & out was a breeze. Receptionist & valet parking attendants were respectful. Corner room didn’t have a view on the 5th floor but was clean & beds were comfy. Valet parking was a good perk from Expedia & breakfast was decent in their in house French restaurant. It would have been a perfect rating if not for the loud noise coming from the wall during the night. It sounded like a vibration from the thermostat. My husband reported it the next day & didn’t hear it anymore on our 2nd night.
