Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
WARNING. This property is NOT in the center of the city in Tulum. I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady.
