Newly designed and beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchenette, attached to our main house. Has a private entrance, private patio, and plenty of parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. This home offers a bright and cheerful retreat in a peaceful and safe neighborhood.

This apartment is attached to a family home, and is located on a quite cul-de-sac in an established family neighborhood.

Fully pet friendly with a $50 pet fee and a maximum of two pets.

No smoking indoors. Do not leave cigarette remains on the ground outside.

No parties.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash when outside of the apartment or outside of the Dog Park, while on property grounds. Pick up all pet remains. Be respectful of other people and pets on the property, you are responsible for your pet and the actions of your pet in response to other people and pets.

Pets Continued: If your cat is known to scratch items, a couch cover must be brought and placed over the couch during your stay. If your dog is known to urinate inside they must be kenneled when you are not home. If your cat is known to urinate or spray inside, they are disqualified from being an allowable pet, if found that this is occurring your reservation will be immediately canceled.

Do not move furniture inside the apartment.

Parking: Each Guest may park one car in the gated parking area maximum. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street. Units 1-3 also get an additional easement spot directly in front of their gates just inside the curb, Units 4 and 5 must not park in the easement. Do not park within 15 feet of the street corner or you will receive a ticket by the police department.

Noise should be limited after the hours of 10pm and before 8am. If another guest complains or asks you to keep the noise down at any time you must comply and take the people and source of the noise inside, or turn down the source of the noise if already inside.

Other house rules:

Do not turn the AC below 68degrees, it will freeze the unit causing it to blow ambient air.

Do not use Draino, report a clog right away so we can send our handyman.

Check-out:

Empty all food and drink even unopened items along with all trash. Please empty the trash into the dumpsters by the rolling gate in the parking area.

Air conditioning should be turned to 72 degrees at checkout.

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television remotes are placed back on nightstands or table in each room.

House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
