I have stayed at a lot of Sheraton’s and expected a similar experience. Especially near the airport. This property is old, not easily accessible for a person in poor health. Rooms are spread far apart. There were no towels in my room when I arrived, no room cleaning unless you stay over 3 days. Gross. Rooms are dark and smell. Dining was $45 for one person and tasted like it came out of a can. Not what I expect from Sheraton!

Bed was more comfortable than most modern hotels, not hard as a board, comfy enough. The room is completely silent even though being right next to the airport and Air National Guard base. Really shocked me one morning when I walked outside and the F-16s were screeching by on their takeoffs, couldn't hear them in the room at all. The bathroom has a few spots that aren't getting cleaned though, rust on the handle in the shower, some brown stuff on the hinges of the toilet.

My stay at the hotel was very good. The previous time I stayed at the hotel, it was not a very pleasant stay and I sent a review to the hotel. They communicated with me very quickly and responded very positively and met with me personally to apologize for the things that had not been satisfactory. This time, the staff was very good, the room was what I had requested. It was quieter and everybody was very helpful. A good experience overall!
