There is no smoking, vaping or marijuana smoking of any kind allowed on the property or inside the house. If you smoke you MUST go off the property at least twenty feet away from the house to smoke. Upon departure if the unit smells of smoke a $250 fee will be assessed for the removal of the smoke residue using a professional ozone machine.

The condo was clean and conveniently located near the Catalina Foothills and the Mt Lemmon scenic byway,…two things we were very interested in checking out. Check in was smooth though when we arrived at 4:30 the housekeeping team was still there and we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish. This did not create any difficulty for us at all but was certainly unexpected. The unit itself was very comfortable and we would certainly consider staying here again.

Close to the Loop, the Ott Y, and Duvall Park. Walk to restaurants on Pantano. Friendly, save neighborhood. Tanque Verde is a little loud so bring a sound conditioner.

It had all what we needed. My daughter and I visited my other daughter at Univ of AZ. Was great there were puzzles and that it had a pool and hot tub area. Comfy beds. And it was a quiet area and easy to park right out front. I think it could use a little love as the garbage didn’t auto open like it should and the dishwasher errored out when trying to run it. And it could use a ‘welcome sheet’ telling where things were like the pool(we came in the nite and so waking up did not know where it was) and that you need a certain key and where that was. And how to use the showers(not that simple). And the key lock box location was hard to find and not exactly the instructions. Our VRBO contact answered back to questions pretty quickly which was appreciated but some answers were, ‘I think so’.
