Air conditioning cycled every 2 or 3 minutes all night. Each time the fan would come on a door would slam somewhere close. The best I could get out of the shower was warm water. Not hot.

It was a beautiful facility in a great part of town. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I got lost a couple of times. I would definitely go back.

The staff was Great!! Very helpful. Should have security walking around parking lot at night. We had at least 3-5 laughing and screaming in the parking lot from 1AM-3:30. Should may have been asked do you want a room on first level because you have to walk to elevator since other is shut down. Did not live up the the Sheraton name. Even around the pool and dim lighting inside the rooms. Not a go back for me.
