They do not have Netflix or any other video streaming, “smart” TV mirroring with androids The check-out staff did not care to apologize when you already there and finally discover the tv problems when you tried to relax at night The matter is The TV restricting issues are not disclosed when you book the stay I would Not book the stay if I knew as a booked the suite to have TV time during the thanksgiving break In addition Their option for web search on their “smart “ tv gives a warning of unsafe network and if you are brave to cross it still does not work

My wife and I really liked everything about the Anndore House in Toronto with the very notable exception of the homeless camp outside our side of the hotel. We were awoken at some time each of the four nights we stayed by screaming and/or dogs barking. I would stay there again if I could be assured that we would have a room on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, and the room and hallway were pristine. Thanks to the staff!!

We stayed in the master suite. Upon arrival the room was spacious and cleanly. During our stay the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Great place to stay if you want walk to go shopping or eat. We loved our stay, will definitely be back again!
