I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property on 10/11/2025 Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived — it did not meet the cleanliness standards we expected. Additionally, we noticed that basic amenities such as shampoo were missing, which made our stay less comfortable.

I had lost my i.d after being out after the Blue Jays game. I tried to pick up my deposit and had a bit of a hard time getting it but I completely understand and applaud they diligent effort to prove I was the one that left the deposit. I had a different piece of i.d but was not the one I used to check in so she went back to the video footage to be sure I was the person that checked in. It was a bit of a nuisance but I'm glad she took the time to be sure my deposit was not given to the wrong person. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. Would definitely recommend this hotel, mainly because of her kindness and I feel she went above and beyond her job description. The only thing I did not like was the police randomly asking anyone in a car for their i.d and why they were in the parking lot. They showed up twice while we stayed the one night. The officer was very rude and while I know I did not have to give my i.d without cause, it was just easier and faster to just give it so they can run the names so we can leave. Unless the hotel asked them then they should not be doing that on a private property

I felt prettyng i felt ok about was that the sheets were clean if not i could not sleep. Bathroom light fixtures the dust is just hanging from. Need a new cleaning crew here. Place needs much tender loving care.

The room looked clean but actually it was very dirty. The wooden flooring was so dirty. Without shoes, your feet or socks would completely get black and dirty. There were spiders inside the room. The bed sheets had stains. Toilet was comparatively cleaner than the room but the door and walls have dents on it. Overall, it's okay for one night but it was not worth what you are paying for.

This is a warning to everyone looking to stay here. It's not great....at all. It started badly with a "lady of the night" pacing the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Then there was a broken hypodermic needle in the parking spot next to my vehicle. Getting into the lobby, it was very very worn down and dirty. The employee behind the desk was polite and professional, so no concerns about that. It was a bit odd that the deposit for damage was $200 instead of the customary $100, but it was returned at the end anyway. The room was nasty. The bathroom had damage to it as if it were punched. The sink was dirty. The walls had multiple stains, rips, dirt, and a spider. Thankfully, after checking the beds, there were no bedbugs, but I discovered blood stains on one of the box spring sheets. I have included pictures of various obvious issues I found. Overall, this place needs to be closed down, rehauled, renovated, or rebuilt, but it is NOT fit for people to stay in. I'm very very disappointed in the stay, especially for the price I paid. The second star is for the employee who was professional.
