The shuttle bus did not come to pick up myself and another guest at 9:20pm Sunday night at Terminal 1 F3. I had called ahead several times, and then called afterward to be told the bus had gone by, so I had to pay $24 for an Uber to the hotel. Please reinburse me for this charge. I talked to a female guest on the 8:20am shuttle that last night she was also not picked up at 8:40pm. We had all called the hotel several times to inform them. Also, this morning the shuttle driver was speeding far over the speed limit and the passengers were being thrown around, coffee was being spilled.

I waited for an hour and a half for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called twice. I was told that I must have been in the wrong place, so I took a picture of the post (F3) where I was told to be. Showing them the picture when I finally took a cab , they admitted that it was indeed the right place. They refused to pay my cab. The following morning the shuttle was at the door at the said time.
