Sam's house G03 room, located on the south side of the 1st floor, close to the back garden, is a unique room, peaceful and independent, seemingly isolated from the hustle and bustle, relax in this peaceful and stylish space.The room is equipped with a Queen size bed and separate spring mattress to provide you with a spacious and comfortable sleeping experience, as well as nightstands, closets, desks, and chairs, and complete matching furniture that makes your trip so convenient.It's the right choice for both long term and short staying.

Sam's House is the owner's house, the host's family lives, the house is well maintained, the room layout is reasonable, it is clean and bright, and it is neat and hygienic.Complete kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, backyard, porch, etc., rooms and common areas are newly renovated, and comfortable rooms are shared by friends from all over the world to meet your different stay needs, and most importantly, the price is extremely cost-effective, so you can have an extremely comfortable stay.
The space
A full clean and sanitized bedding will be provided prior to the guest's stay, as well as a routine daily kit, including disinfectant towels and bath towels, body wash, shampoo, slippers, hair dryer, and toilet paper.Guests will need to purchase or carry other daily necessities by themselves, including facial cleanser, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, razor and other personal hygiene items.We do not provide cleaning service in the room while you are staying, as well as regular commodity kit updates.

* Kitchen & Dining *
Guests can use the kitchen, dining room in the common area during their stay.We only provide simple common kitchen utensils, utensils, and condiments such as refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, pot, bowls, knives, forks, chopping boards, oil, salt and sugar, etc.The kitchen and dining room are open and can be used by all guests staying, please adjust the cooking time and use it in the wrong peak.The kitchen is only for daily light or light cooking and we cannot meet heavy and complex cooking needs.Guests should keep the kitchen area clean after each use, including washing the cookware and utensils used.If you need special spices or kitchen utensils, you can bring them.
* Laundry *
We provide a washer and dryer for our guests.If time permits, it is recommended to use it after 7pm on weekdays or at any time on the weekend, during rush hour.
* Temperature control *
We use central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.This means you can't control the temperature individually in your room.We do everything we can to keep a neutral temperature of comfort.The temperature is usually between 19°C and 26°C depending on the Toronto Government's regulations and the location of the room.If you feel that your room is too cold or too hot, you have the option to close the cooling and heating vent in the room.In addition, we can provide a fan for cooling off or extra blanket to further adjust the comfort of your room on your needs.If you are very sensitive to temperature and are prone to overheating or overcooling, we encourage you to think carefully.
Smoking in the room is🚭 strictly prohibited, this rule is legally binding, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking during your stay.

If you encounter any issues related to the residence of the house while you are in residence, you can contact me via text or phone call on the information platform and I will respond and resolve your questions as soon as possible.

3, The whole house is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.
4, Please ask the host before using some facilities, special reminder: There are only two free parking spaces, once the other guests have occupied, the parking space will no longer be available, so please check the parking space before checking in.

As Toronto's private homes are all wooden structure homes.You may occasionally hear some noise from other rooms while you are in residence, including the sound of water running, footsteps upstairs and talking outside the door, or audio and video sounds placed outside by other customers.We will ask all our guests to minimise noise as much as possible between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am to ensure everyone's rest.
