This property was very dirty the hallway going into the room smelled like poop and looked like it had not been vacuumed for a week. Inside the room the bathtub would not drain while having a shower, the toilet continued to run never filling up and the door to the room was missing the deadbolt lock the only lock was the key access…. Left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay, would definitely never book here again 😡😡😡😡😡

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. I would like to start by acknowledging that the employees were exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out and were greatly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room left much to be desired. While I understand that this is not a high-end property and the price reflects that, the room quality felt significantly below standard. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and there were visible stains on the bathroom walls. Additionally, one of the pillow covers had makeup stains, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding. One of the beds also made loud creaking sounds, giving the impression that it might break at any moment. Although the towels were clean, the general cleanliness of the room and washroom was poor. It gave an impression of neglect and lack of proper maintenance. Another major issue was the strong smell of marijuana throughout the corridors. Despite the hotel’s clear “No Smoking” and “No Vaping” policies, it was evident that these rules were not being enforced, which made the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant. While I truly appreciated the courteous attitude of the staff, the physical condition of the property and the lack of enforcement of hotel policies made my stay disappointing. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I saw reviews about the dirty state of the hotel but I thought guests were overreacting. The carpets and the general surroundings were so dirty. We weren’t informed that the rooms are cleaned every other day until when we made a request for our room to be cleaned and our request was denied.

The front desk clerk was very pleasant. But that's where the positives ended. This hotel was not particularly clean. The glass shower door in our room was hanging precariously off of it's runners and could not be closed. And most significant the toilet did not flush. No matter how cheap, it's still not worth the price.
