Avoid this place, I have stayed in a lot of hotels this is the first time I feel so freaky and scared. I don’t wanna say any supernatural things make ppl feel scared but i feel like it has something unusual. I was trying to sleep around 2 in the midnight but In my half-awake state, I heard strange noises coming from the room and I saw someone with a headgear sneaked into my room and trying to stole my stuffs, it also checked if I was in a sleep. I was so scared and not dare to wake up. After I woke up with a start I could not sleep anymore. Although things are still good, probably just a dream but it was so realistic that I could not forget about it. Also there was always still some strange noise. So I went to the front desk to request for changing room. The staff on the front desk was courteous and patient though. But I still kind of scared and did not sleep well.

Everything seemed fine at first but when I got out of the shower there were 2 either cockroachs or beetles crawling along the floor and scared me as I got out of the shower. I was very disgusted and didn't stay the night. I check out right after and let the front desk know. I will not be booking a room at the hotel ever again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were clean though somewhat outdated. The pool and spa were very relaxing and the temperature was perfect. The onsite independently owned restaurant was excellent. If you are looking for comfort and good value. This is the place.

Friendly staff. Small restaurant attached. Too noisy and active however for us. Many young children running in the halls and shouting, especially late at night. Also, there were adults near us who were talking very loudly until early morning. We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Work travel stay for 2 days. Good room, consierge staff is courteous. Well-managed hotel. Outside of Hotel, a day with bad air from highway with petrol and unpleasant particles mixture come on jacket. Choked on excessive floor disinfectant in dining restaurant. Hope the condition may change in my next visit.

Sink in room leaks onto towels and has been leaking for a long time as there is water damage in cabinet, shower floor tile broken at drain, mold in shower. Hallway dirty stained carpets, odd smell in hallway. Restaurant service poor -served dirty water glasses (had food remnants in them), they were serving a private party and we were told it will take a long time to be served. We left due to conditions of water glasses.

Clean room. Staff great to deal with. Only couple of things. Heat was so hard to keep comfortable. Hot then blew cold air. Pillow were small for king bed and asked for extra. Our experience with Sam at the bar/grill was great.make sure you visit Sam. So nice to have a place with decent prices within the hotel.
