To improve : I suggest that you take out the carpet or clean it. The ceiling has part that gray specks of dust have accumulated. The staff wasn’t particularly smiley or warm. Overall, it wasn’t like the last time I went there.

My friend booked this hotel by mistake. Let try it, then disappointed… unfriendly front desk, old, need to renovate. It’s cheaper than Marriott about 100$ only. It’s better choose Marriott or IHG group.

One of the staff who worked in the reception wasnt much helpful when I tried to enquire about early checkin. I came with an infant and I flew from BC to Ontario, I was wondering if I can checkin early and I mentioned I am willing to pay extra if its available, he was rude to me and wasnt helpful

Mold in the bathroom, ground floor room with no access to open a window, the room smelled so strongly of mildew and rot that I got a headache within an hour and a half of breathing the air. Management couldn’t move me to a new room and is trying to deny my refund. DONT STAY HERE.

The hotel is very run down- dirty carpet throughout with visible mold. Heavy use of chemicals and scents to mask the mold and other odours. My shower head was broken, no alarm clock in the room. The place really needs a renovation. Overall, just not a great stay.

Internet was good, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was not the best food but reasonably priced. Parking was convenient. Pool looks a little dated but was clean and nice. Hot tub could have been cleaner, I wouldn’t call it gross - just not pristine. Good value for price point.
