Girl on the desk was very nice when we arrived at the hotel we got to out and it was very nice room ..I asked the girl about getting the sofa pulled down for a bed for my ..as it was only 3pm and we where going to Hi tea I said it was a bit early as we would like to come back and relaxe but we would be going down to the pub later ...so she said just let them know ...we did at 6.30 and they told my son they will leave the sheets in the room and we had to make up the bed ourselves ..never know that in all the hotels we have stayed in it was a shock ...and ver disappointing ...as i dont remember that from years gone by when my husband and son and myself would come at Christmas ,1 july and St patrick ..for a couple night ...and just fell into the beds ....

Lovely place to stay, the views were spectacular… would have liked room service after 10:00 a.m. we did order takeout from the restaurant and it was very good. Also would have preferred not to go outside for parking. Other than that it was a great experience. We had a wedding in the Old Mill and it was very convenient for us.
