The staff were amazing and accommodating. I checked in a little later in the day and my room wasn’t ready so they gave me a 1pm check out instead of an 11am check out. This was perfect for me because I was attending a concert and didn’t get back to late. Being from the USA, whenever I come back to visit Canada, I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Shower head was dirty and the carpeting was kind of old and the plumbing of the building was not done correctly when you flush the toilet the bathtub gurgled LOL and the toilets were way too small you can tell it they were cheap and stuck tiny toilets in there instead of normal adult size elongated toilets

We were pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the meals we ordered; the chef even came out of the kitchen to chat with us. Our room had a jetted tub that we enjoyed after our long walks in Toronto. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot due to the availability of public transportation. Overall, we had a great time.

it was close to 407 and easy to access. I paid on line and so reception would not accept my ,membership number, therefore I did nt get any points i think this was unfair. Finally I am handicapped and I asked to be given a room close to the elevator I asked this again at reception when I checked in, and they confirmed it was close to the elevators. When I got to the 5th floor I discovered I was way down the hall, not close at all. I was too tired to make a fuss but I did not appreciated the inaccurate information Also I had booked in advance so I was surprised at the lack of attention adn the indifference to my situation.

Worst room I’ve ever had.

We told it was an upgrade room. Neither heat/AC thermostats worked. We had to keep turning it off. The unit in the bedroom whistled with the wind. The shower was for wheelchair. The shower head would not hold the height and kept falling out from the hanger. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable
