I would like to suggest for breakfast, some hot milk for the cereal. Only cold milk was provided, which was OK, but not what I was expecting. Overall, my 7 days stay was excellent.

Our stay at Monte Carlo Inn & Suites Downtown Markham was very disappointing. On the first night, a false fire alarm caused by a sprinkler issue forced all guests to evacuate the building and wait for about an hour before being allowed back inside. The next day, there were repeated fire alarm tests, and during the night there was continuous alarm beeping, which made it impossible to sleep. We booked this hotel expecting a safe and restful stay, but instead experienced constant disruption. When we raised the issue, the hotel refused any refund or compensation, stating it was a safety precaution. Overall, this was not a comfortable or restful experience, and I would not stay here again

Staff seemed very unprepared to manage a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night. The situation was very confusing and it seemed that if there would have been a real fire we would have been left in an unsafe infrastructure.
