Stayed overnight for a work event nearby. Very old dated room, noisy (near the subway), dark room with limited lighting and only a tiny bathroom mirror. The tv didn’t work. No food options late at night or early afternoon. You can’t even buy water. Person at the counter didn’t have the first clue what was going on. For what they charge per night you definitely should get more. I’m local and this was embarrassing for our city.

Very noisy (no soundproofing for street noise or hallway noise), air conditioner too loud to have on, when turned off the fan noise is still quite loud and annoying. No fan in bathroom, no mirror in room other than bathroom mirror which has very poor lighting for applying makeup, fridge is not cold at all, no complementary bottled water or coffee maker, down elevator button broken, asked for more washcloths and were left a few hand towels instead, shower products very fragranced and irritating, pillows very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t dirty, but definitely not the hotel experience we are used to. Overall a very utilitarian hotel, and not up to our standards.

Nice room, small & basic. View of a brick wall from the window wasn’t great. See through panel on bathroom door inconvenient. Good walkable location from Union station. Comfortable beds, did the job.
