Nice hotel. Provides everything you need. Shuttle was great. It ran a little late because of traffic but was great otherwise. Door to the bathroom didn't close well, needed to be fixed. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff and willing to help with anything. Would stay again

Great for short term.

Lovely little hotel. Only downside was the noise . Very noisy close to the air port which is to be expected. Breakfast is buffet untill 930 . We noticed if we never went by 8am selections where more limited. Wish it was open tell at least 10 am but however understandable. We used the shuttle service and they were great. Front staff were helpful however sometimes communication was alittle difficult however they tried their best. Pool area is small however suits need. Their gym equipment selection was my favourite part of this hotel. Great equipment and very clean. Wpuld like if self cleaning was available post work out . It may be however I was unable to locate it. We also used laundry service while we were there. Two washers and dryers available. Cleaning staff on floors where sweat. No issues they gladly swapped our towels. The shower water pressure is fantastic. Would like if a mirror was available in living area for make up but if we book here again I will just pack my own. Would stay here again . The price was good. We actualy got it cheaper with booking through hotels then when we called directly by over 100$ and a way better room .

We stayed for 2 nights. What we like the most is the breakfast. They changed the menu everyday. The hotel is also near the airport and they have a shuttle bus.

First experience was at the Toronto Airport. The shuttle driver helped us navigate and waited for us. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The shuttle the next morning was scheduled to take us back to the airport to catch a bus. When we dropped other passengers off, the shuttle driver accidentally left our bags on the curb. We didn't notice until we got to the other terminal. Thankfully, he went back and our luggage was there but it was extremely stressful to have potentially lost our luggage.

Pool is small, hot tub is luke warm and also tiny. Continental breakfast was okay- eggs were slimey and very wet. But there is free parking at the parking lot so that is a bonus.
