Great location, hotel needs updating, mattress was a bit hard and pillows too soft. Bath tub was in really rough shape. Pool was overflowing making the area really slippery. There was no towels at the pool and room was not replenished properly with coffee supplies.

We stayed for 1 night. Staff were friendly, it was clean, we felt safe and there were plenty of dining options. There were a lot of office buildings in area so the hotel had a very corporate feel to it due to the number of business travellers.

I thought the hotel was wonderful. I would’ve appreciated one of the lobby bars to be open at 5 o’clock to have a glass of wine before walking over for dinner. The lobby could be set out in a nicer way. It was cluttered and I feel the concierge’s desk should be at the front. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Hair found in the shower right after I checked in. My colleagues were forced to stay at hotel across the street because of “maintenance” and come back again for the second night. One of the condiment packs was opened and I don’t feel safe to use.

Very nice! If I want to be super picky, I'd ding them half a point because I noticed the vent in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in probably months, leaving it caked with dust. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was very clean and in great repair. Hotel was quiet. Would stay here again!
