This is the second time we have lived here. It is very convenient near Costco. It's just breakfast. Many people don't even have a place to sit. Maybe it's a holiday.

room near elevator, noisy. want to switch, said hotel full. inside room non stop humming sound all night long, can't fall asleep. report issue next morning, problem fixed by maintenance people, no more humming sound second night. I should get refund for first night

Visited for 3 days with some friends doing a food tour of Markham. The location is very convenient very close to all the Chinese restaurants. The staff are ok but that wasn’t the problem. The room are ok BUT the ac is facing the bed and when it is on, the air is blowing in your face all Night while sleeping. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The doors are annoying. All the doors closes with a very LOUD bang. Some of the doors doesn’t close even after the loud bag. So PLEASE make sure to double check when entering and leaving your room. The fridge was not plugged in. There is a small alarm clock on the night stand but it didn’t work. Would NOT come back again

Great Hotel

My wife and I arrived at the reception around 2 pm. a cheerful very knowledgeable receptionist rapidly explained all the information, answered all our questions .Room was very spacious, ,vey clean, well organized and tidy.. Bathroom clean Breakfast was delicious. We did not use the pool. We definitely recommend this Hotel to others.
