The hotel computer system was down when we checked out. We have to leave our email address to get the receipt which we haven’t seen after 3 days. We paid parking $45 a day at the counter with our credit card, and were told our vehicle’s plate number would be registered with the patrols. However after checking out and driving away, we noticed a “Failed to pay for parking” notice on our windshield. The hotel is upgraded in the deco. But the stairs from the parking to the elevator make it difficult to move our luggage. There’s also no security check from the parking entrance to the hotel elevator. The public could take the elevator to the hotel rooms from the street without being noticed. It is a concern for security.
