Check in person was terrible. She had the worst attitude ever. Asked us if we were allergic to animals and we said yes, then with an attitude said this is the only room I have that has the race track view.. do you want it or not?!! Umm excuse me? I have never had an encounter with the most rudest hotel staff ever.

The site advertizes airport shuttle pick up and return. I inquired and was tild i nedded to book my tume. I had an early flight so requested a 500am poxkup at the hotel. To my surprise i was tild the shuttle only starts at 6am, so they told me id have to take a taxi. Thats an additional $50 that i was not expecting tk have to pay. Never seen a hotel where shuttle isnt available all gours for guests.
