Limited dining if you have Kids as the majority of restaurants except for 1 are in the casino. Majority of staff were rude except for a small few. I tried to get in contact with the hotel for a week prior to checking in and the front desk doesn't pick up the phone or call back.

Jets taking off every three minutes when we were trying to sleep. The pillows were too firm for me. No sportsbook was disappointing. The hotel did not seem to be very busy, but we were not given a room with the nicer view of the horse racing track. On the positive side - our meal at Copperhorn Meet House was excellent. We also had a very good meal at the diner.

Great quality for the price paid. I booked two nights at this hotel, partially because of the Morgan Wallen concert and partially for access to the airport for my daughter to fly home the next day. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the entire interior of the hotel was very ritzy looking. My friend and I enjoyed playing at the casino, and having the ability to just walk back to our room with no fuss was awesome. There was some construction going on which made figuring out where the hotel entrance was, a little confusing, but once we got it figured out it was pretty straight forward. Parking was free, which was a plus, the only time we had issue was the Friday night when there are obviously more people at the casino. And it wasn't so much issue as just less convenient, as we had to find parking further from the entrance. Great hotel, will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent Room. Not very comfortable pillows. Service at reception was mediocre and needs attention to make it friendly. The restaurant on site for dining was awful: we enjoyed the food, but the waiter and service was awful. The Casino made it entertaining. And we would definitely stay at the hotel again except go out to eat!

The pool was closed so that was disappointing, otherwise it’s a great hotel to stay in. Quiet, clean and love the casino attached.
