The resort is bigger than I was expecting; it was a bit overwhelming to figure out where to go. Amenities are great, unfortunately the only restaurants were inside the casino, which did not appeal to me (I just needed a spot to wait out a snowstorm - was not looking for a night at the casino).

The occupancy of the hotel went from less than half full to oversold in a very short period of time due to bad weather. The staff at the desk were amazing. Despite some people loosing their cool the staff kept calm and worked on. Rachel helped us and was working so well under pressure. Please tell her that we were so pleased with her service
