Staff and room were very good parking which on line said was free was 16. Per night and it was terrible had to try and find a spot and it wasnt easy and inknow there was a bad snowstorm but we had to plow through very deep snow to park

Beds - comfortable. The only thing that could have made our experience better would be a hot tub (I read somewhere the facility had one…) and better temperature control in our room (it seemed to always be really cold).

A great hotel for a short stay. Proximity to the airport and free shuttle is handy. Room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was that their phone system wasn’t working when I arrived and there was no way to contact the shuttle

I had a terrible experience and when I notified the manager on duty, he told me to request a refund through Expedia and he would approve it. I did just that and it gets denied by the hotel anyway, saying they decided to not honor the refund after all. I am planning to visit the area again with family next time, but I will be staying far, far away from this horrible hotel.

Staff took extra money from me charged me 478 when my amount was 423 on Expedia and said parking is 16$ for the whole stay and even if it wasn’t and it was 16$ a day it would equal 471 therefore the math still doesn’t add up when I asked about the other fee to the receptionist Samantha I believe said it was a deposit however the amount originally charged before the payment wast posted on my card was 523 so there’s no way the deposit was 43$. The room was not nice at all extremely dusty the shower head pressure was extremely weak and the bed was seriously uncomfortable to the point you wake up with serious back pain. Came here for a birthday and would never come back. Not clean and felt the whole place was just a money grab

It was wonderful. Giovanni and.Luis were wonderful hosts. I’m sorry I don’t get to return until my next trip. I highly recommend. Most certainly for families. It was a beautiful oasis at the end of a gruelling day. I couldn’t have been happier.
