Was ok for the cheap price. Room smelled like a dirty cleaning rags and urine smell . Had to open the window. Breakfast ok. Coffee like water. For the price we had coffee and breakfast out.

Stayed in room 122 .... it was dirty, the shower had dirt in it still. Bed needs to be moved as there was garbage from previous people. No wonder you got bed bugs. The room wasnt clean at all. Was told we smoked in it cuz we found a cigarette but that was left there from last person. Your cleaners need to learn how toclean it was vary disgusting i will never stay here again nor recommended it. You cpuldnt pay me to stay here. Guy refused to give me my deposit back. Look at your cameras youll see us going outside to smoke. I would appreciate a call from the manager

The bed blankets looked dirty. The toilet seat appeared to have a pubic hair on it.... Too short to be hair that is found on ones head. The carpet on level 2 hallway was filthy. Looked like no-one had vacuumed for days. I actually asked the cleaning lady if they regularly vacuum. I was quite disappointed because a year ago when i stayed there, all appeared clean. There were not many choices for breakfast. Some boiled eggs, waffle mix and coffee from a machine. Breakfast did not look appealing. I felt I was in a motel in a poor neighbourhood, not in Stouffville, Ontario. Sorry for the comments but I do not feel I would ever want to stay here again.

I stayed at this property before. The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. it has a great location close to lots of different restaurants bars, as well as other storefronts, including an LCBO just down the street from it the staff are very polite and helpful. Didn’t check out the breakfast. We checked out before there’s plenty of parking and it’s well lit.

I arrived late on Thursday and discovered that the shower drain wasn’t working. I called the front desk, and while they couldn’t fix it right away, they provided a quick temporary solution by placing a door stopper to keep the drain open. I was told the issue would be fixed the next day. When I returned the following day, the door stopper was gone, and the drain was still not working. After waiting 45 minutes for assistance—after a 15-hour work shift—I was told it would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, it never was. The water continued to pool in the shower, creating a gross, unpleasant experience. Overall, the issue was never resolved, and it was extremely frustrating.
