Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and wall mounted cabinetry, a stainless steel electric range with oven (Frigidaire), stainless steel refrigerator (Frigidaire), stainless steel microwave, electric kettle, Oster blender, induction cooktop, waffle maker and Toastmaster coffee machine. Kitchen also includes silverware and utensils. For guest convenience, several basic condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil, Italian seasoning, etc.) are included, as well as ground coffee, instant coffee and orange pekoe tea bags. A set of 4 wine glasses is included in the kitchen.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and includes a dining table with 4 seating spaces and 4 chairs.
