The lobby was noticeably neglected—rugs and mats looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, the tile floors were dirty, and the entire space felt overdue for a thorough cleaning and replacement mats. The front desk staff were pleasant, but the first room we were given was unacceptable: it was dirty, the sink and bathtub drains were clogged, and there was visible grime on the tub walls. We were moved to a higher-floor room, which was better but still didn’t inspire confidence. The restaurant/café staff were excellent, but unfortunately the menu and food were only barely average.

the sound isolation is very poor even between levels.We were on the fourth floor but client on the third floor was watching television very loud we can heard the show they play. Overall okay experience but that evening I lost my sleep with no compensation from the hotel. The only thing they offered during that evening was us changing the room. Which was already 11 pm.
