Very bad

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. While I was lying on the bed, I found a cockroach under me on the bed itself! It was shocking and completely unacceptable. When I called the manager, he said it was “not a big deal” and hung up on me without offering any help or compensation. This is not the kind of service or hygiene anyone expects from a hotel. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service.

Great place to stay with family

The staff at the Comfort in Mississauga was excellent. Everything was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. The only thing I can say that I did not like was the rolling desk chair in the room. Even though it was a family long weekend trip I needed to work every night for a bit and the chair was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was going to fall out of it the entire time. Maybe I just had a bad chair. Other than that incredibly minor thing I would totally stay here again.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The washroom sink was clogged from the moment I checked in. I reported it, but instead of fixing it properly, staff only poured some chemical down and told me it was fixed – but it wasn’t. The sink remained clogged the entire stay, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the room itself was poorly maintained. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable and felt very low quality. Even something as basic as the bedside lamp was missing a bulb, making the room feel neglected. For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics to be in order, but this hotel failed on multiple levels. I would not recommend staying here until they improve both their room conditions and their customer service.

While i would give 5 stars across the board the only thing i got to comment on is parking. If youre there later, good luck on parking other then that very comfortable beds etc
