Staff are rude. Front desk staff double as airport shuttle drivers and they aren't happy about it. Both shuttle trips the driver was unsafe and aggressive on the road, tailgating other vehicles, honking at them....driving like they are still in India.

The hotel common areas and our room were immaculate. The front desk was efficient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was all that we could have asked for...lots of selection, great quantity and well presented. The shuttle was on time, clean and the driver was friendly and helpful.
