The room looked dated. Traffic from main highway can be heard in room which indicates no double glazing. Other guests noisy and slamming doors late at night and talking loudly. Room, the curtains were not blackout and hardly covered the window...therefore lights from main highway were bright and shining inside room and too bright keeping me awake. Lack of room being cleaned. A refrsh should be done every two days and not every 5th unless guests ask.
