Don't waste your time booking

Rooms not clean,half a roll of toilet paper when we got there. only 2 towels for 3 women staying there when we check in, they didn't even ask if we wanted a first floor with a elderly person, he just put us on the third floor and we had to walk up three flights of steps with all of our luggage yes there's a pool but it's green slimy and I think there was something living in it. Ther was "girls coming and going"

We switched rooms 6 times, every room was dirty/smelly....multiple issues in every room, I think their suite was the worst.....this place is not up to code, should be shut down....offered us an upstairs room, I am disabled and tge elevator was broke, most things in this hotel was broke , the only thing nice about this hotel was the staff...NEVER AGAIN, RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP.! They said the had continetal breakfast, we went up at 8, nothing but coffee milk and raisin brand ceral, not even water had to pay 2.00 for a water in the vending machine! I was not happy, dont say you offer continetal breakfast and break it down after 2 hourz! I Really wish I could say more nice things but the only complinent I can give them is the front office staff.....

First room the air didn't work, lock didn't work, room nasty, tv didn't work, cigarette burns in bedding. Second room we moved to the ceiling was falling in on the bathroom. Someone tried to break in then at 2am the front desk guy walked into our room without knocking or announcing who he was. I didn't sleep all night because of it.

They gave us a non-smoking room, but there was a strong order of cigarette smoke. We went to the front desk to tell them that we were leaving because we didn’t like the room. They told us they would give us a refund, but they refused a refund when Expedia contacted them.

No one should stay here. I went to the room after check in. On the way to the room, it smelled like a dumpster. I got to the room and it smelled heavily of smoke, even though the room was supposed to be non smoking. I went to the bathroom and there was an old cigarette coming apart in the toilet. I flushed it, and the toilet stopped up. I turned to leave the room, and above the room door was written "Real ni**as for life". I left the room with my three nieces and went back to the front desk to cancel my reservation. The lady at the desk was nice, but this hotel should be ashamed to offer a stay to anyone. I know it was low cost, but I thought it would be clean with no frills. It was disgustingly filthy, and I felt dirty even after leaving. We ended up crossing the parking lot and staying at Home2Suites. It was quite a bit more, but worth it after the experience at Days Inn. I have learned my lesson, and will never stay at another Days Inn.

Hotel need to be updated and clean thoroughly. The hotel is worst than a third world countries and is dirty as hell! My family would never ever set foot on this property again. The only positive is the front desk personnel, Heather, she was kind enough to try and get us a clean room with new bed sheets. This property should be closed off permanently for sanitation purposes!!!!

Check in was okay. Reception had very strong chlorine fumes. Clerk was friendly. The rooms and the people hanging around the property was questionable. The room was dirty. Trash on floor, sheets missing from bed, no linen to shower, no toilet tissue, toilet had feces in it and wouldnt flush. When we asked for new rooms, they werent much better. The room next to that one had its front window busted out and had plastic crammed into the hole. We left and found another hotel

The outside yard was dirty trash, grass needed cutting. Staff rude and slow. Talking on personal cell phone not waiting on customers! Pool was closed and green...looked like a swamp!!! No internet as advertised.

First time not checking reviews when booking and the room was exactly like the other reviews mentioned. When we walked the bed covers were stained, probably didn’t changed them. The smoke alarm keep making noise, my husband try to fixed it as we checked in somewhat late and we just wanted to sleep, we were there just for a night as we were just passing by, but the alarm did not had a battery. Then when we try to use the toilet, someone had through a cigarette in the toilet and to make it worst the toilet was not flushing. Then we decided to go to request another room, the lady at the counter was really nice but was a bit relented to give us a new room, she did send the handy man, he fixed the smoked alarm but could not get the toilet working then he finally got the front lady to give us a new room, which the room was not clean and after we use the toilet, you could here the water running but we were over the whole ordeal. We sleep between the sheet and the comforter, not that they were clean but made us a bit more comfortable. I was able to check out in the website. I guess the best part of my stay was the front lady and the handyman, really friendly and apologetic about the situation. Will not recommend and definitely will never come back.
