the Prise was spot on, the picture of the hotel shows that it was walking distant to the beach, but the beach was 1 hr. away. I know that was false advertisement. when i went to check in I asked the lady where the beach was, she said it's an hour away, I show her the pictures of your ad, and she said that was wrong she know nothing about it, she also stated that that was the first time she had seen those pics. And she was the general manager, MS. Corbin was the first time she had seen that, she told me I need to get back with Expedia, so I'm reaching out to you about that problem we had, if we had cancelled the room we would have lost a cancelation refund, so we had to stay. This was in Spanish Fort, AL.

Overall, the property was very good shape, except the hallway that you have to walk in the carpet showed a lot of aware and some stains on the carpet. The employees were very pleasant and nice. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom in my room had hair on the vanity and a dirty floor. There were no toiletries in the bathroom or Kleenex. There was garbage in the parking lot and the desk hostess was very unfriendly. We stay at a Marriott I’ve experienced. I did a review on the property and received a system generated. Thank you for your survey. I don’t feel like they really care about their guests or that property.

Room and property were nice. However, they don’t even offer a cup of coffee. You have to purchase it from the Starbucks counter, which is ridiculous. I knew they only offered breakfast for a fee (also from the Starbucks counter) but you can’t provide coffee? I couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee because the Starbucks lady was too busy making everyone their microwave breakfast. She said “it’s going to be a while” and didn’t even want to take my order.

Very friendly environment and nice place to stay. They are next-door to another hotel that allowed us to use their hot tub since this hotel‘s hot tub was not working as well. It was nice to have the bar and bistro available. Definitely recommend staying here.
