The room wasn’t very clean the tub had rust in it ,the towels were dengue didn’t look very clean housekeeping kept coming to my room 3 different times before check out time which was very disrespectful

there was no toilet paper or soap at all. no new towels. staff never took our trash out or made beds and tried to charge a cleaning fee.

The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that.
