I’m beyond delighted that I selected the Homewood Suites by Hilton when looking for a place to stay in NJ when visiting family from out of town. It was the perfect location, rooms were clean & spacious, had great amenities, but what I truly appreciated was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff (in particular those at the front desk and management). I would stay there again and I will tell a friend to tell a friend.

Changed room several times, broken lock on door. Front staff was les experienced, person who is the manager was disrespectful as she wouldn't address my concerns but talked at the staff. No apologoes, or redress. Simply unprofessional. Get a check in emails hours after asking about my stay. Hospitality training needed.

Room was very nice but breakfast was a great disappointment. The kids were counting on the “make yourself waffles” which were shown in your on-line photo gallery. Had to deal with that short coming all day!

No hot water the first day and I was never informed it was fixed. There was dried vomit on the bed cover and litteraly dried chocolate or feces on the fitted sheet. Hotel manager was supposed to contact me, NEVER DID. Oh the lamp shades are nasty too..feel free to look at photos. Staff was somewhat accommodating after i contacted 2 more times to remind them i needed new linens. They gave me a different room that was just as bad smh. I’m an honors member and this was def not a good experience
