There was a bug in our room. The key never worked. The tv was always having issues. When my son talked to the front desk it was pushed off to the manager and said, that he would call but he didn't. 2 weeks later my son had to call there.

First and foremost, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed a week here, and the cleaning staff were amazing! I can't say enough good things about the cleaning staff! That being said, the staff at the front desk and the staff at the breakfast were anything but pleasant. They were pretty rude. The staff at the front desk were okay, but the staff at the breakfast were downright rude. They almost ruined our stay at this hotel. Thankfully, they were only a small, albeit daily, part of our stay. Again, the rooms were clean, neat and each of the 2 times we requested our room be cleaned and beds made, it was done amazingly well! Thank you cleaning staff! 😄 Oh yeah, one more thing, there is a bus stop very close that will take you to downtown Manhattan. Very convenient. See attached photo for its location.
