The room smelled, it needed work done. You could see the patch work and it was not as nice as the pictures. The area is good, lots of restaurants and the American Dream mall is close

The room was really nice.. the pool was warm and nice but had a guy in there that tryed touching me and would not leave my daughter along... the restaurant services was polite and really nice very understandable with my health considers and very helpful to get some food i can eat...

The staff was especially the front desk man in the evenings is absolutely a gem. He was the highlight of the hotel. The water pressure was great too and the pool looks really nice and wasn’t cold (we just dipped our feet in). Unfortunately our room was so-so. We couldn’t get the temperature to be a comfortable temperature so that was frustrating and it got very stuff easily. The room we were in was across from the laundry room and in the middle of the night the phone kept ringing, very loudly so that kept me up. Plus the beds and pillows weren’t the greatest. Oh and apparently the desserts are very old and some customers got sick off them and been complaining to the front desk about it. Hopefully that gets fixed because the restaurant is actually separate from the hotel believe or not. Despite the desserts in the area to buy; we got a dinner at the restaurant, and the food was decent. I can’t complain, we enjoyed it and has a very nice atmosphere. It was fine for an over night stay. The highlights was the front desk man, our dinner in the quiet diner that is there, and spending time with each other to see the botanical garden show, which is highly recommended!

1. for a day, did not find the dark colored electric outlet on the corner of the dark table 2. difficult to open the window only slightly, hard to see the lock 3. poor lighting in the room 4. two guests, but sometimes we received only 3 bath towels 5. no bathroom exhaust fan, steam buildup rather quickly 6. ice making machine not working on our floor

The cleaning and housekeeping service was disappointing — during the six days, it was done properly only about one day. They mostly just changed the towels and emptied the trash. The floor still had hair and trash on it, and the bed sheets weren’t arranged. On the last day, the shower drain was even clogged. Should I really have had to clean the hair off the floor myself?
