GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

★ Setting: a whole duplex (units A and B) on a quiet residential street in North Tampa. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.

★ Layout: two identical 2 BR / 1 BA apartments with separate front doors; your group is split between them. Each unit can also be booked on its own.

★ Pool: there is no pool at this property.

★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 bedrooms (two queen rooms and two queen-and-bunk rooms) plus a couch spot in each living room; two full bathrooms for up to 12 guests.

★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

★ Exterior security cameras cover the outside areas only.
