Bar closed. Restaurant closed. Hair in bathroom sink. Brown liquid on bathroom floor and sink. I’m handicap and don’t have a car here. Had to walk blocks for food. Breakfast was meek. Fruit had MOLD on it. No coffee creamer at breakfast. In room Keurig but 3 green tea and 1 decaf coffee. WHO WANTS THAT IN THE MORNING? Maybe 1% of guests. Terrible stay.

I got this room off of Expedia and searched for a room close to the venue we were in town for. It said this hotel was 0.19 miles from the venue when it was 11 miles, 25 mins away & definitely not walkable. The website also said there was parking but failed to mention that it costs $30 a night. They told us you needed a special QR code to scan to leave the property. After we paid for parking, we found out that the exit gate was broken & no QR code was needed. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no heat & the temperature got to the 30's. We were in a room right by the elevator during iff season & housekeeping showed up at 9am when checkout was for noon. On a good note, our car wouldn't start the next day because of the freeze & they let us hang out in the lobby while we waited for roadside assistance. They offered us coffee & bottles water while we were waiting.
