The house was just what we needed for a long weekend swim meet. Plenty of space for 4 kids with a parent each. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made the whole process easy for us. Check in and check out were easy and straight forward. Not a lot of requests for pre-checkout tasks.Pool was nice; we opted not to have it heated, but could have. The set up is kind of hard to discern on the listing. The main house has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has king bed and en-suite bath, second BR has queen bed) and 2 bathrooms. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and one bath (1 king bedroom, and double queen beds upstairs).Kitchen was nice layout, plenty of space. Kids liked watching the TV out by the pool at night. That was a big hit.

Amazing home in a quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with all essentials that you sometime miss (coffee, dishwasher pods etc) and had even a highchair for our toddler. Pool was also amazing, especially because there was a step on one complete side where our toddler could walk back and forth. Host reacted very quickly when we had some questions and we would stay here again. Its perfect for families with small kids.

Fantastic property and host was quick to respond and very accommodating! The separated guest house was a big bonus! Everything was super clean, well stocked glass/dishware. Location was very convenient. Central to many places and within walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect very clean had everything we needed towels for the pool towels for the shower. Ryan was great every time I had a question he got back to me so soon would definitely recommend staying here. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. It was the perfect day.

The rental had two distinct sleeping areas separated by a pool with a lanai which provided perfect accommodations for a multi generation family as was ours. My daughter’s family with three children stayed in one section for quiet sleep time for small children and my husband and I had the main house area for late night tv viewing and hanging out. Ryan the owner was an excellent communicator and super nice.

The house was as it is pictured. I had a hard time getting in the guest house but I reach out to Ryan And got to me asap with helpful instructions to get in.
