Pros:- like 12/10 interior decor, just like the pictures show. Extremely vibrant and joyful.- resident mated pair of very large uncommon green iguanas that hang out in the bushes and trees - these look totally different than the more common black iguanas you see, and are VERY cool - a major dinosaur/dragon vibe. This was an unexpected and fabulous bonus of staying there! - comfortable, relaxed outdoor seating area, screened from adjacent apartments, with a lovely hibiscus bush, and an out-door electric socket, which was great when i had to do some work on the laptop. - good A/C in each bedroom- excellent communication with host.- very conscientious host- proximity to town without being in the thick of things- straight forward laundry room (shed building, up stairs in corner of parking lot) - gated building and parking lot, felt pretty secure. - plenty of parking space in the lot. - my teens enjoyed the pool- outdoor shower by pool, handy. - nice view Cons: - up a quite steep extremely rutted road. didn’t realize i should have rented a 4WD for this trip, but my mid-size SUV was not happy. Also even though it was maybe 4-blocks from the main road, the heat the steepness meant my teenagers were not inclined to head off to explore if it meant facing the hill in the sun. - a little grubby around the edges. Kitchen fan needs oil for squeaking. It’s the tropics though, so that’s kinda normal!
