No hot water

The pool, view and lobby are outstanding. Rooms are okay. But not hot water is just not ok. I checked on the internet, there are similar complaints. The property always answers they're working on fixing this and so on. But it is a lie. It is not fixed. At the end of the day, this property thinks it's acceptable to charge guests for rooms with no hot water. Would be fine for a hostel. Not acceptable for that kind of hotel.

Beautiful ocean view but the hotel needs some attention. The curtains are filthy...covered in mold and so are the balcony chairs. The AC is super loud and it leaks. The closet in the room does not close properly and one of the hinges was on the ground upon arrival. We had to get new bed sheets on our first day as there was makeup on them and one of our pillows was dirty with what appeared to me to be a shoe mark, not sure. The breakfast is just ok and on one occasion the rice with beans smelled sour like it had gone bad. This is our second visit at this property since we had such a good experience on our first visit 2 yrs ago. Some construction taking place next door but it was not very loud, it actually did not bother us. There are some great things about it, the infinity pool is very nice and there is plenty of parking available and the staff is very nice. We like Wyndham properties and stayed at different ones around the world but it is likely our last time visiting this location.

Clean, lovely pool, A/C in our room was super noisy, no table in the room and only one chair. Bathroom is very small and poorly designed. Not enough towels in room. Nice Oceanview balcony, but chairs are worn and coming apart. Great made to order Omlettes if you ask.

Beautiful looking pool and lobby as you walk up, but the rooms are terrible. Bare minimum and infested with little ants. I was pretty disappointed and we quickly left our reservation despite losing money. The staff was super nice, but that was the only nice thing about the place. The breakfast was an American typical buffet. Not at all what we were hoping for while traveling in another country.

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We were given a private table, bottle service. They also let me control the music in the restaurant. It was so romantic, that my wife couldn’t hold back her tears of joy.

The grounds and convenience of this hotel are great. They have a shuttle every hour to take you into town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Alliot and Anthony at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. The only thing is some of the rooms are a bit dated. Scuffed up walls, old black out curtains. The bathroom is also very small.
