The room was nice and opened up right to the beach! A beautiful cove with a nice beach and decent surf that was good for surfing lessons. We never ate at the hotel restaurant but lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Loved it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was unreal, short, walk out anything you could need and a fantastic view of the sunset from your room. Our stay at Hotel La Palapa was amazing. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views and everything in Tamarindo just steps away. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly set up for a laid-back beach stay.
