Upon checking in, Ken was at the front desk and he wants to be so nice but is not adequate to handle the front desk. It was check in time and rooms where not clean yet, they ran out of King rooms that people had booked, they couldn’t find the Expedia rooms, and the woman that came out to help treated Ken terribly and her attitude was horrendous. No one tells you where the parking is - would be helpful if it was on the site. The room for the price - yeah, not so great, very basic and very worn down - feels like the pictures are a façade. My room had a lot of outside noise from the clean closet right next to it and the elevator. Also, for a single traveler- there definitely needs to be some more locks/security on the door. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again even though it’s super close to the venue.
