This place has gone downhill. Our third year here and last time. Cigarette buts outside as well dog poop. Room key didn’t work on 3 occasions, don’t even advertise a free breakfast as coffee and stale donuts doesn’t count.

When we arrived, there was no room available despite having a confirmed reservation. The staff showed us the only available room, but it was old, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was not acceptable. As a result, we cancelled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel.

Very good value for the price. I booked my stay 2+ weeks in advance, I requested a ground floor room but you were unable to accommodate me which is understandable but also unfortunate. I don't hold that against you but it did make things more difficult!

The staff was very nice. Slow checking in when we arrived , but they were very friendly. The room was clean, but renovations would help a lot. The ceiling has was looked like cooking oil stains. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the shower was touchy. It was very noisy. You could hear every time a door in the hall opened and closed.

They were in my room when they were told not to be...the remote came up missing and when I confronted the desk they swore nobody went in the room but I shut the TV off with it in the morning and threw it on the bed it was nowhere in the room when I got in after work. I do not recommend staying there unless you would like to feel intruded upon.

At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers.

Sheets may have been clean but sure didn’t look like it. Toilet looked like it had been plucked out of a garbage dump although it was useable. Hallway carpet was filthy. No drinking cups, no coffee pot, hair dryer had been removed from bathroom wall. Breakfast was VERY marginal. Not the typical Super 8 standards I am used to.
