Wonderful house!

Beautiful house with all the supplies you need! Third bedroom is up a steep staircase which presented a problem since i am disabled. Only thing that the listing didn't say. You must see the coffee table!

This was by far the worst rental any of us have used. Three families and we all agreed. The outcome was we were refunded by VRBO. The place had two non working smoke detectors, old food left in the refrigerator and freezer. There was feces in the basement where the washer and dryer was located. The house is run down and poorly cleaned. The outside deck had old leaves and moldy wet debris. The owners had someone clean the basement and then told us it wasn’t feces. They claimed it was dirt and rocks. They had someone else come and attach one of the smoke detectors but never replaced the one in the downstairs bedroom. The feces increased in the basement. By the last day the basement had urine and feces all over. The owners did nothing. Each time we sent photos. This time they finally conceded that it was a plumbing issue. They said it was the weekend and could get a plumber. They offered for us to leave at one point but at such a late date it was impossible to find a comparable place for 6 people anywhere near by. They never came to clean or see the situation after we sent the second round of photos. We were stuck having to deal with VRBO. It took many hours and phone calls to finally get a full refund. This place is not fit for renting period.
